Worst company ever ! I made registration to make ...

Worst company ever ! I made registration to make payment on website and somehow the system does not accept my registration. I left messages and called them 3 times and no answer!
What kind of management they do have ?
Is there an official government number to complain about those issues ?
Pleas help !
