I have not been to September since the expansion. Still, I have to say it has changed so much, outside of the waitress being incompetent, which is not the reason for the bad review. The waitresses (yes, more than one of them) are outright condescending and insulting to my party. I'm not sure why the waitresses are so snobby.

It was a stressful experience, and I feel compelled to leave some feedback here. I understand it's a tough job, having to serve everyone, but that is your job title; you are a waitress and if you think you are better than that, then do whatever you like.
