I have had an average experience with Cornerstone Mediation, LLC. Their customer service was decent and they were able to effectively address my concerns. However, I did feel that the overall process could have been smoother. The mediators were professional and knowledgeable, but I expected a more seamless experience. Nonetheless, I appreciate their efforts in resolving my dispute.
