I have been a customer of The Prospect Hill Foundation for over a year now, and I must say that their services have been average at best. While their website is easy to navigate and their staff is friendly, I find their overall approach to be lacking. There have been times when I've had to follow up multiple times just to get a response, and it's frustrating. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
