Management fees have been raised two years in a row. The letter they sent said PGE, minimum wage and workman's comp going up so they pass it on to us. Then the hourly wage for the workers that go out to do repairs went from $65/hr. to $70/hr. So while they have not raised the rent on my tenants they do it to me. Time to shop around to see if any other company is cheaper.
