I have been a customer of Thomas A Dvorak, INC for a while now, and I must say that their service is decent. The products are good quality, but nothing exceptional. The customer service is satisfactory, although there have been a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. Overall, they are an okay company to deal with.
