A very unpleasant experience to order from this company. It often delays our order and as customer I have to chase from time to time even the personal was reminded in advance, it still delays our order every time and using unreasonable excuse of holidays trying to offset our anger on this.
It has been several times already and even we wrote complaints to express our anger on the inappropriate servicing attitude, they will still do nothing to speed things up. This is the worst company we ever worked with and it never stuck to their deadlines as promise.
If you are considering to make order from them, please make 2nd thought and see if there is any other substitute instead.
Our company is really mad on this. We have been purchasing lots of marine products from them and once it's delay, we could not meet clients ' deadlines, which affecting our relationships with our clients!
A very unacceptable and unprofessional working attitude! Maybe working there is good, as people there are free to work, free to delay their customers.
