The service provided by Red Entertainment Distribution was average. While they were able to deliver the product on time, the overall quality was not as great as I had hoped. The packaging was a bit flimsy and the product itself seemed cheaply made. I expected better considering the reputation of the company. However, their customer service was excellent and they were quick to resolve any issues I had. Overall, it was a decent experience.
