Horrible communication and extremely disorganized....

Horrible communication and extremely disorganized. We made an appointment to view a particular dog. The availability of the dog was confirmed upon the time the appointment was created. 1 Hour prior to the confirmed appointment we received a phone call informing us that they had already adopted the dog to another family. DO NOT CONSIDER ADOPTING FROM THIS SHELTER UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR HEART BROKEN.
