The owners of this company are fantastic guys! I don t have any experience in trucking but I do have 13 years of railroad and I m the kind of person that sits back and watches. There s a few things I don t understand but the top ones are this. If you have a manager or someone that thinks they know how to be one has other fleet managers working under him/her and one has 6 drivers quit with and another has 5 drivers quit,doesn t that make the manager have 11 drivers quit under him/her? Another one is,the driver that had 5 drivers quit but 3 were not ever on his/her board but gets terminated while the other that had 6 drivers quit remains employed with nothing being done! Not the fleet managers fault but to me I see favoritism where it shouldn t be and someone is wanting friends more than workers. There will be a lot more drivers quit because of this new manager and the one that was fired for no other reason than she didn t like her because she done her job is absolutely uncalled for!
