This is unbelievable. Every number I call including the one listed under someone else's review HANGS UP ON ME. I can't get through and was told in a message for my first claim TO CALL. I get laid off TWO WEEKS BEFORE CHRISTMAS so not only am I being screwed over in that way, but now by the very department I'm supposed to depend on??? Why not give us jobs on your phone lines since obviously there aren't enough representatives. I am so upset I can't get through by phone. Or email.
