I found my experience with Johnson County Clin-Trials (JCCT) to be quite average. The staff were friendly and professional, but the overall process was quite lengthy. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. However, I feel that there could be better communication and organization throughout the trial. Overall, my experience was satisfactory.
