The experience with SDS Software was okay. Their website was easy to navigate and the overall service provided was satisfactory. However, I felt that the response time could have been better. There were a few delays in getting my queries resolved, which was a bit frustrating. Nevertheless, I appreciate their efforts and the final outcome of the project.
