I had an overall average experience with The Soap Factory. The customer service was satisfactory, and the products were decent. However, I found the prices to be a bit high compared to similar companies in the market. Nonetheless, I appreciate the variety of scents and ingredients used in their soaps. I would consider trying their other products in the future too.
