As a CUSTOMER, I had an average experience with Room escape adventures. The puzzles were challenging but not mind-bending. The theme of the room was interesting, but I felt that it could have been executed better. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I wish they had provided clearer instructions at the beginning. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, but I expected more.
