We decided to go with National Business Systems for our new POS system provider after they were one of the very few offering the new models of Sam4POS. We were hesitant, being in Maine, going with a company on the other side of the country, as we had always had on-site support and installation. But we had a very hassle-free setup and easy transition to the new system, during our busy season. Everyone we ve talked to is always professional. Especially Harrison, as he always keeps us up to date and resolves any issues quickly. Their support team is second to none, and is always there to help.
