I think as an embassy they should be there for the...

I think as an embassy they should be there for their nation and their country respecting with guarantee the safety of Venezuelans citizens but I feel abandoned by my country! There is not response, not services and constantly excuses for the bad function of the embassy. I have been with my passport expired for over 10 years and they still saying the same excuse of that there is not material to print any documentation or the resources to improve their services. From other hand the fact that I am unable to see my family for over this time, what should I do as Venezuelan resident in different continent with no hopes or answer from my own country! Shame on those who said they working to improve our nation and they just only improve their own pockets! And just saying I don t represent any political groups I just represent myself and maybe some other millions of Venezuelans in the same circumstances
