I recently had an average experience with a real estate company. The website was easy to navigate, with all the necessary information presented clearly. However, I found the overall customer service to be lacking. It took a while to get a response to my inquiries, and when I did, the agent seemed disinterested and impatient. Additionally, the listings on the website were limited and lacking in detail. I expected more options and comprehensive property descriptions. On the positive side, the pricing was competitive, and the company did have some decent offerings. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. While the website was user-friendly and the pricing was competitive, the lack of attentive customer service and limited property options left me somewhat disappointed.
