I recently had an experience with this company and I must say it was quite average. The website was easy to navigate and had a decent range of products to choose from. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries and when they finally did, they did not provide clear answers to my questions. The product I received was of average quality, nothing exceptional. The delivery process was smooth, but the packaging could have been better as the item arrived slightly damaged. Overall, my experience with this company was just average. They have a lot of room for improvement in terms of customer service and product quality.
