I'm no general contractor, but as a big fan of This Old House and Hometime on PBS, I had a pretty good idea of what I expected for my home's exterior renovation. I knew siding, windows and doors would be a big investment regardless of who did the work, so of top importance for me was that it was all done right. Time was also of the essence with winter approaching and a newborn on the way. Back quickly quoted the job, demonstrated a complete understanding of the task and requirements, and executed quickly and professionally. No shortcuts were taken, their quote proved to be accurate, and the time & material costs were very reasonable considering the fixes that were being made.
