I've had a mixed experience with the City of Chanhassen. While some aspects of their services are great, there are areas that need improvement. The website is informative, but it could be more user-friendly. The staff is friendly but can be slow to respond to inquiries. Overall, I would recommend the City of Chanhassen with some reservations.
