I recently engaged with a consulting firm for some business analysis and strategic planning. The experience was okay, but I found the communication a bit lacking at times. The consultants were knowledgeable and provided some useful insights, but I felt that they could have been more proactive in keeping me updated on the progress of the project. The website was easy to navigate, and the initial consultation was informative. However, the actual delivery of the services did not quite meet my expectations. Overall, my experience with the company was average. I appreciated their expertise in the field, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and overall service delivery.
