I recently used their services for a special event and the experience was quite average. 🤔 Their website was easy to navigate and had a good range of options, but the customer service was a bit lacking. The communication was not as prompt as I would have liked, and there were a few hiccups with the booking process. However, the event itself went smoothly and was enjoyable, so I can't complain too much. Overall, an okay experience, but I hope they can improve their customer service in the future. 😕
