I recently used the services of a transport company for a delivery, and I must say that I had a fairly average experience with the service. While the website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information, the communication and tracking of my delivery could have been better. The delivery arrived within the expected timeframe, but there was a slight delay that was not communicated to me proactively. The customer service team was quite helpful in resolving my queries, but there is room for improvement in their response time. Overall, the service was satisfactory, but I hope to see more proactive communication and efficient tracking in the future to enhance the customer experience.
