I sleep with background noise,,,tv stuck on espn,,...

I sleep with background noise,,,tv stuck on espn,,, now no sleep,, AND bored AND anxious. As much as many times as they bugged me to confirm,,, they could have told me that so I could reschedule. They took my co-pay that night,,, and going to email my receipt 4 business days later,,,, still no reciept. Sad,,, I shouldn't have to do phone work to hunt down my receipt.
