My very first account has been hacked. How? I was going through the catalog with my 2,000+ robux and all of the sudden I could not purchase anything else because apparently I bought a shirt that cost all the robux I was holding. You guys do not respond to your customer tickets at all nor give refunds. I had sold limited items to gain other material from the catalog and someone managed to know how much robux I had. The group that made the shirt changed the price to 98 robux after someone purchased it for me.

My second account has been hacked through a game. I was playing a mini obby and all of the sudden a robux box user login appeared and I spammed it with fake passwords and my real password, thinking it could not trace my account. Unfortunately, it did. I have reached out to you guys numerous times and this account still has premium. My account was briefly deleted and then appeared later as offline after being online for a few moments. Cancel my premium - this is the least you could do. Unfortunately, I do not have screenshots or a video recording but I have emailed you my billing and personal information in my numerous customer tickets.

I have bought two premiums for each accounts, costing $19.98 total. I demand an immediate refund and a cancellation of both premiums - if not done so. I, as a consumer, do not deserve to have my personal debit card information at risk. I did not have a good experience with this platform.

There are no human agents available on the phone. You guys are ridiculously slow and are very difficult to reach through. Knowing I got hacked twice for monetary reasons, ROBLOX staff is just as equivalent of the definition of fraud and theft.

I have had to request a replacement for my debit card and had attempted to even cancel it.

To anyone who is reading this, please do not support ROBLOX.
