I have been a customer of Aarp for several years now and I must say, their services have been average at best. While I appreciate the discounts and benefits they provide, I have encountered some issues with their customer service. There have been instances where I had to wait on the phone for a long time before speaking to a representative. Additionally, their website is not always user-friendly and it can be difficult to find the information I need. Despite these shortcomings, I still find value in being a member of Aarp.
