Worst customer service. Took my Jeep grande Cherokee for tire rotation and oil change. I went to pay and found out they did not rotate my tires. After 3 hr oil change, they ask me to wait 30 mins for them to rotate the tires. So paid for service and did not receive it. Got into the car and plastic bag over the seat paper on the dash and paper cover on the floor. Never before has it been like that. I have been to the Jeep dealer on 290 and 1960. Usually receive the car with a car wash and floor covers and seat covers removed and all paper is removed before they deliver the car.
