How this practice stays in business is a true riddle. Dr. Gardiner seems good enough, but dealing with the rude nurses and staff is rediculous. I've had a nurse hang up on me because she "had other things to do". I had 3 questions which I guess were too much for her. Billing department is bad at best...I like Dr. Gardiner but he must be held responsible for the people that represent him and his peer doctorrs. Having records transferred to another practice!
