I have bought online approximate 20 pieces assorted keychains plus other selected figurines as my CHESS PIECES ( personal set ). I removed the Keychain part from each of the figure, very easy to remove.

Quality of each are PERFECT.
Packaging of each individual pieces regardless of its sizes are 100% well presented and protected.
Delivery are PROMPT and RELIABLE, as they use AusPost for their delivery services.
Customer services provide good services, and prompt assistance on both Phone / Email connection.
I am a very satisfied retail customer from Sydney.
