I recently had some work done by a contractor and while the quality of their work was satisfactory, I was not overly impressed. The project took longer than expected, and there were a few minor issues that needed addressing after the job was completed. Overall, it was an average experience, but I expected a bit more attention to detail and better communication. I wouldn't discourage others from using this contractor, but I would suggest being clear about expectations from the start.
