adding some background to my 5 star rating. i knew i wanted a nice car, a hybrid, and a top tier sound system but my budget was not infinite, and so had to be cost conscious. i tried lots of places - volvo, audi, infiniti, among others - but i settled on hendrick lexus quickly, primarily because of Nap, the sales person. he was incredibly attentive, but not the least but pushy. i explained what i wanted, and he checked within a 1000 mile radius to show me all my options. the perfect one ended up being on their lot (not a surprise - great selection there). next, he patiently let me test drive a bunch, including with and without my family. he worked with me to get the price perfect, which was a condition my wife had set :), and finally, when i said how much i hate the time it takes in the finance room, the whole team came together and got me through it in about 45 minutes. Nap is an all star, hendrick lexus is great, and you've made a customer for life.
