We were looking to sell our townhome in Carson, CA...

We were looking to sell our townhome in Carson, CA so we could purchase a new home in Lake Forest, CA! We had previously worked with Will Hainlen and had a very enjoyable experience, so we reached out to him when it came time!

From the very beginning of the process it was clear they are a well oiled machine at the Whipple Group!

A few days after reaching out to Will, he came over with a professional photographer for listing photos, we were on the market within a week, had ONE open house, and got an offer the next week!

From the start - all the way to signing our closing escrow docs - everyone on the team was professional, knowledgeable and willing to help whenever we needed it.

I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely reach out to Will if we ever need to do it all over again. (Here s to hoping that doesn t happen, because I love my new home!)

That also gave us the most amazing house warming gift!!
