I recently visited Element Spa, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. The service provided was average, and I left feeling somewhat satisfied. The staff members were friendly, but their attention could have been better. The ambiance of the spa was soothing, allowing for relaxation. The massage therapy I received was average, not particularly outstanding. While my overall experience was decent, there is room for improvement at Element Spa.
