I had a mixed experience with Rosa Martins. While the property they showed me was great, the overall customer service was subpar. The agent was not very responsive and it took ages to get any updates. I had to repeatedly reach out to them for information, which was quite frustrating. I would recommend Rosa Martins for their properties, but their customer service definitely needs improvement.
