I recently had the pleasure of visiting Sovereign Distilleries Ltd. and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The tour was educational and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Their whiskey tasting was a highlight of the visit. The flavors and aromas of their spirits are truly remarkable. I left with a greater appreciation for the art of distilling. I can't wait to come back!
