We were supposed to stay 9/12-9/13 but we canceled...

We were supposed to stay 9/12-9/13 but we canceled on 9/10 because of hurricane. Westin refused to refund us. Two days' notice before immanent hurricane seems reasonable but apparently $200 is more important than future potential business from business travelers. I can promise you I will not be booking Westin for ANY of my trips going forward. Flexibility is important and Westin obviously doesn't value that
