Woke up yesterday having slept funny with a very sore neck and back. Unable to see my usual therapist, I went on Google Maps to find a place close by that could see me the same day. Therapeutic Body Concepts was able to accommodate me within hours with their easy to use scheduling website. I was able to go for a 45 minute massage on my lunch hour because intake forms were available to fill out and bring along. They Direct Bill as well, which is important to me.

The studio is clean, with relaxing decor and a peaceful atmosphere. There are sturdy, adjustable, motorized tables that were very comfortable. Linens provided were very cozy. Reception was organized, friendly and got me settled in immediately.

I got Emily, who was very thorough in asking me questions about my health and the issue I was there to see her for. She asked me what type of pressure I preferred and actually maintained my preferred level. She checked in regularly to make sure I was doing well.

I will definitely be returning to Therapeutic Body Concepts and Emily, and if you are looking for a place to go in the West End, you won't be disappointed!
