I love this place. It's the best of the best, even with its foibles and slightly amateur handling and service at times. The cinema is very comfortable with excellent acoustics, and the cinema programme is great; the Hall which is used for theatre and also some cinema events has great acoustics and large screen. The varying and full programmes on offer are fabulous and improving every month which is amazing - so much energy. Zest cafe is very good - if a bit chaotic and slightly amateur; and Zest restaurant is comfortable, spacious, less chaotic but also slightly amateur. But hey ho. it's still good.
My only gripe is the parking as I have to come from west London and the parking is very poor. If I lived nearby I'd be living at JW3 but as it is, I go evenings or Sunday afternoons. I wish they had provided a pay-to-use carpark for Members.
