Prior to Golden Gates Security I was with Vivent when I first moved in my new house 8 years ago. I was unfortunately with them way too long and wished I had first started with Golden Gates from day one. Some things I did not like while I was with Vivent was having to call an 800 number when something went wrong, (which happened more frequently than I would have liked to have experienced). There was always a new tech that had to come out to trouble shoot the problem which I hated having to introduce my home to an unknown stranger time after time again. My bill continued to climb and I unfortunately was stuck in a contract so there was little to nothing I could do because I felt stuck.

I was introduced to Golden gates Security in 2017 and have been a happy customer ever since. What I love most about this company is that I have only 1 tech I have to deal with (Alfredo Hernandez from Brownsville, Tx). His customer service is the best I have ever experienced and encountered. I totally recommend this company to anyone looking to change their security system based on his customer service alone. His knowledge, professionalism, friendliness, patience, dedication, loyalty, attentive service is really hard to find. Alfredo has always made himself available when I have a simple question, is quick to respond and will go out of his way to make sure my home is secure by servicing my equipment in a urgent manner. I love dealing with 1 person that knows my system and I can honestly say we now see him as family. Golden Gates Security makes sure their customers are 100% satisfied and I can tell you I will never switch to another company ever again!
