I have been a customer of Action Potential Physical Therapy for a few months now, and I must say, the experience has been average. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, but the facility itself could use some improvement. The equipment is outdated, and the waiting area is not very comfortable. However, the therapists are professional and genuinely care about their patients' well-being. Overall, I am satisfied with the service provided.
