I had a pretty average experience with Magic ecommerce pvt. ltd. The website was easy to navigate and the checkout process was simple. However, I encountered some issues with the delivery of my order. The customer service team was responsive but it took longer than expected to resolve the issue. Overall, it was an average experience.
