Terrible customer service. Couldn t even fill my order. Service rep has no clue of product

Your phone sales didn t even know if you carry glass products. Put me on hold several times. I wanted to pick up some beakers was told he can t process order without cc. I was on way with cash. It was a small purchase
Either way the customer should be able to pay anyway they want.
