I recently had some work done by a local machine shop, and while the quality of the work was decent, I wasn't satisfied with the level of customer service I received. However, my experience with Shackelford machine shop was completely different. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. The final product met my expectations and the price was fair. I would consider using their services again in the future.
