My recent experience with a travel booking platform was average. The website had a nice interface and the booking process was relatively smooth. However, I found the options for accommodations and flights to be limited compared to other platforms. The rates were competitive, but I had some difficulties with the customer support team. They took a while to respond to my queries and their solutions were not satisfactory. Overall, I had an average experience with this platform.
