I had an average experience with Pt envilab indonesia. Their website envilabindonesia.com is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I felt that their customer service could be improved. The response time was a bit slow and they seemed to lack knowledge about some of their products. Overall, I think they have room for improvement.
