nice store, but what poor customer service. My package arrived empty when I returned something. Winkelstraat works with UPS who also do not call back or respond. Both Winkelstraat and UPS think that not responding is the best option. A manager doesn't even dare to call me for an explanation or come to a solution. They simply refuse. So if you order something, don't return it, because you have lost your money. They don't do their best to chase or call back UPS. Obviously a delivery note with 2 KG (shoes), but I only get the result that they do not refund anything. No reason, nothing ... Just outrageous
