I sent an email to Central Cooling & Heating the night before and in the following morning I received a phone call form Central Cooling & Heating and immediately they sent a Technician to my home and the hours were convenient for my schedule. I would have given 5 stars but the Technician was unable to wash the unit due to not having the correct hose length.
