I would rate Look-o-look international as average. The company's website, lookolook.com, is easy to navigate and the product descriptions are clear. However, I found the prices to be slightly higher than other similar retailers. The customer service was satisfactory, but not exceptional. Overall, my experience with Look-o-look international was decent.
