The overall experience with Grain.io was average. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, the customer support could be improved as it took a while to get a response to my inquiry. In terms of quality, the products I ordered were decent but not outstanding. Considering the price point, I believe Grain.io offers good value for money.
